How
does the entire process work?
After you fill out and submit the medical review form,
one of our licensed U.S. physicians will determine if
you are eligible to benefit from the medication you
have chosen. If you are eligible, the physician will
then write a prescription for that medication and forward
it to a one of our licensed U.S. pharmacies to be filled.
The pharmacy will then fill and ship your order via
FedEx NextDay Air to your home in discreet packaging.

Is
it legal to buy prescription medications online?
Yes. The prescription that is written for your medication
after your medical review form is approved comes from
a licensed U.S. physician and is then filled by a licensed
U.S. pharmacy. This practice is in accordance with FDA
regulations and perfectly legal.

Do
I need a prior prescription to order medications here?
You do not need a prior prescription. One of our physicians
will issue the prescription for upon approval.

How do I place an order?
When you click an order link, you will be taken to our
secure server where you will set up your account. You
will answer an online questionnaire to provide information
relevant to your medical condition. Once you complete
the questionnaire, submit your order for processing.

do you protect my privacy and security?
Health-pharmacy.net is dedicated to patient privacy
and security. All information furnished is legally protected
under doctor-patient privilege laws.
Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure
Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card
information is submitted with the highest level of security
and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place
to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting
the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.

What are your shipping rates and policies?
Due to patient demand and our highly streamlined and
automated order system, we only ship via FedEx Next
Day at a flat rate of $18 per order. Currently, we are
unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. An adult signature is
required upon delivery.

is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order before it is reviewed by a
physician by sending an e-mail at
patientcare@health-pharmacy.net.

How long will it take to receive my medication?
Typically, orders are shipped from the pharmacy within
24 hours after you submit the order form. All orders
are shipped via FedEx NextDay Air.
